Job Title: Strategic Business Solution Architect
The Role:
As a seasoned business solution architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. This is an urgent requirement that demands your expertise in Kronos UKG solutions. The role involves analysing new business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to configure pay policies, accruals, and other Kronos modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Analyse and work on new business requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Configure pay policies, accruals, and other Kronos modules, providing seamless integration and minimal disruption to existing systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their specific requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Good knowledge in UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions.
UKG Certifications is an added advantage.
Experience with Kronos clocks using WDM and ability to configure clocks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Eligibility:
Only Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders are eligible for this role.
