Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including monthly, fortnightly, and weekly payruns.
  • Ensure compliance with New Zealand payroll regulations and stay up-to-date on the latest payroll tax updates and requirements.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately, and maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll processing and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role, with hands-on experience with MYOB System.
  • Knowledge of New Zealand's payroll regulations and strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
