Cafe/ Restaurant Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe/ Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of food and beverage service, and the ability to motivate and train a team.

You will be working closely with our Head of Department to ensure that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience. This includes managing staff allocation, conducting pre-service and post-service briefings, and supporting training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
  • Manage staff allocation to ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage service within allocated sections.
  • Conduct pre-service and post-service briefings to ensure teams are prepared and informed.
Requirements
  • A current RSA is essential.
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of running a restaurant.
  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
