As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents receive nourishing and enjoyable meals tailored to their individual needs.
You will assist in meal preparation, serving meals to residents during mealtimes, setting up dining areas, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Food Handlers Certificate is required for this role.
- Adaptability, passion, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this position.
- Collaborative teamwork skills and friendly communication abilities are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of meals under the supervision of the Cook or Head Chef.
- Help serve meals to residents during mealtimes, ensuring each resident receives the appropriate meal according to their dietary requirements.
- Set up dining areas before mealtimes, ensuring tables are clean and all necessary items like cutlery, plates, and glasses are in place.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area.
- Interact with residents in a friendly and courteous manner during mealtimes, addressing their needs and requests as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to develop their skills and contribute to our organization's mission.
