Food and Beverage Supervisor
About the Role:The In-Room Dining Team Lead will report to the Restaurant and In-Room Dining Manager and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of In-Room Dining with a focus on effective team collaboration to enhance the guest experience.
- Guarantee that staff are working together seamlessly to deliver exceptional service and meet guest needs.
- Inspect grooming and attire of team members, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and equipment, cleaning all areas, and ensuring storage spaces are organized and clean.
- Display hands-on leadership and lead by example.
- Stay organized and understand room movements, amenity lists, and daily priorities to ensure a seamless operation.
- Communicate effectively with the team to enable them to perform at their best.
- Ensure Talent work collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests' needs.
- Complete scheduled inventory checks and requisition necessary supplies.
- Promote brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service are delivered to all guests.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs within the team to support their growth.
- Assist in coordinating daily operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and set goals.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, guest feedback, and team performance.
- Participate in implementing new processes and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Work closely with colleagues to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
