A city hotel is now a location for public hospital patients who no longer require acute care. They rest and recover in comfort at no cost while freeing up beds for those who need them.
In this transformative setting, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred care by:
- Monitoring patients' progress and reporting changes to a broader multidisciplinary team
- Contributing to care planning and patient assessments
- Supporting activities of daily living and administering medications
As an ideal candidate, you're passionate about patient-centred care and willing to work a full-time or part-time fixed-term contract on a 7-day rotating roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Required skills include:
- At least one year's experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in wound care management
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- High attention to detail with a patient-focused approach
- South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Nurses with agency experience in acute care and/or aged care are encouraged to apply.
