About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide quality care and support to our residents. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering direct care, guidance, and support to our residents in accordance with best practice.

You will have the opportunity to develop your aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the industry. You will receive hands-on training and support from our dedicated RNs and management team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to further expand your skill set in a supportive and structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For
  • A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
  • Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and team members.
  • A current Flu and COVID Vaccination Record including booster.
