Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized nursing care to our residents, including those with complex needs. You will also have supervision responsibilities to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard.

About the Role

  • This is a permanent part-time or casual opportunity, with flexible shifts available.
  • You will work across 13 sites in Adelaide Metro and Yorke Peninsula, providing nursing care and supervision to our residents.
  • This role combines your clinical skills with leadership responsibilities, making it a unique and rewarding opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including those with complex needs.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and implement them effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 6 months post-graduate experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • A current registration with AHPRA.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to excellence.
