Senior Training Consultant
The role we are looking for a skilled professional to fill is that of a Senior Training Consultant. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions to our dealership network, focusing on luxury product knowledge and high-end customer service standards.

This position requires the ability to command a room, possess strong facilitation and public speaking skills, and have confidence in explaining complex automotive concepts such as EV platforms, hybrid systems, and intelligent driving tech.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions to dealership teams on sales process and premium vehicle range.
  • Reinforce luxury service expectations through structured, interactive training.
  • Utilize role-playing, simulations, and technical walkarounds to bring concepts to life.
  • Translate complex technical features into practical customer-facing knowledge.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in delivery across sessions.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, Communications, Automotive, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering sales and product/technical training, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
