We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims professional to manage end-to-end processes of insurance claims.
- Actioning, upload and management of claims and insurance-related tasks
- End-to-end claims management within a portfolio for efficient and successful completion
- Communication and coordination with stakeholders, business partners, and third parties
- Provision of insurance and claim advice and support to stakeholders and business partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or Insurance Industry
- Strong customer service focus with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound written communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
