As a Product Lead, you will manage a team of Product Managers and own a product or portfolio of products end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include defining Airwallex's products, collaborating across product domains, and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities- Define Airwallex's products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans.
- Collaborate across product domains to drive cross-functional initiatives and leverage all aspects of the Airwallex product suite.
- Collaborate closely with target users, commercial teams, senior leadership, design, go-to-market, and engineering to bring our products to reality.
- Inform product strategy and approach by deeply understanding our user requirements, target markets, and competitive landscape.
- Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback.
- Manage a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning, and development.
- 2+ years of formal people management experience.
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy to drive meaningful product growth.
- Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale.
- Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long-term product vision and short-term growth requirements.
- Ability to thrive in data-driven, cross-functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in hyper-growth startup environments, software engineering, or financial technology is a plus.
