Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated 1 year experience in the Australian Aged Care sector
  • Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team and follow set safety procedures at all times
  • Ability to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus as you will be making a difference to their lives everyday
  • A passion for making a difference to the elderly by being their personal carer including building positive relationships with their families
  • Very positive teamwork attitude, you are on time, offer to help, be supportive and be a fun team colleague that everyone loves to work with
  • Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies with placement in Aged Care completed
  • Must have the industry compliance of NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (*or willingness to obtain )
