Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert advice to clients across all areas of global mobility and related tax matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate timelines, action plans and milestones. You will also have a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients and experience working in a consulting practice or executing on both compliance and advisory work for clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for consulting in the areas of employment tax, individual tax, payroll, policy, administration and strategic placement to global multi-national organisations as they expand internationally and start to send expatriate employees on assignment. You will also provide holistic International and Australian tax support to senior executives to assist with their global individual tax compliance obligations.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, law or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a consulting practice or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a team environment and supervising junior team members.
  • Ability to travel regularly and work on client sites when required.
