About the Role
- This is a unique chance to collaborate closely with senior professionals on complex tax matters, focusing on delivering exceptional service levels and standards.
- Key responsibilities include advising clients on:
- Complex structuring and succession planning matters affecting high net wealth individuals and families;
- Trusts, including advising on complex tax issues relating to trusts and trust law;
- Mergers & acquisitions and other commercial transactions, identifying and advising on tax issues;
- Tax disputes.
- Additional responsibilities may include drafting experience for commercial transactional documents and preparing deeds of variation.
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have between 5-10 years of experience in taxation law, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- You will also possess a genuine client service focus, drive, enthusiasm, and a desire to progress your career over the long-term.
