Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our team.

  • This is a key role that will involve working closely with the core finance team to deliver tax advice to our businesses, including tax advisory, compliance, and reporting.
  • The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of tax matters and be able to develop awareness of tax technical, tax advisory, and tax compliance matters across our business and corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing awareness of tax technical, tax advisory, and tax compliance matters across our business and corporate structure.
  • Providing tax technical and advisory support on M&A, disposals, and restructuring.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of company tax returns for large corporate groups.
  • Supporting the collation of R&D incentive documentation and assisting with project management.
  • Building working relationships with external advisory firms (tax, audit/accounting, legal) to ensure alignment with our tax risk appetite.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in tax gained in a professional accounting firm or large corporate.
  • Competency in tax technical and compliance matters.
  • Experience in advising on M&A transactions is highly regarded.
  • Experience in developing tax governance procedures for multinational, listed corporate groups is highly regarded.
  • Specialist knowledge in large corporate tax matters, including cross-border and international tax issues.
