Role Overview:

The Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Defence consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage consultancy assignments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand our Defence consulting expertise.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Guarantee work is completed efficiently, effectively and profitably.
  • Provide expert engineering guidance and facilitate knowledge transfer between teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Proficiency in the Defence market in Australia would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in consulting best practices or ability to guide and approve outputs.
  • Strong project management skills to allocate resources and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent technical, project management and communication skills to deliver strategic engagements.
