Job Title: Agribusiness Executive

You are a key relationship builder, passionate about nurturing and building client bases across various agribusiness sectors.

We support regional communities to build successful futures together through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Deliver exceptional customer service as a collaborative team who value flexible working environments.

  • Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs.
  • Retail their current business while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities.

This opportunity will see you managing a significant and richly diverse portfolio consisting of grain, cattle, dairy and cotton producers.

The customers, who will typically have complex financial requirements, are generally large multi-generational family-owned businesses that may have operations anywhere in Queensland for which you will be responsible.

Specifically, You Will:

  1. Manage a portfolio of clients across various agribusiness sectors.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial solutions and products.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
