We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Manager to join our Sydney team at MediaCom. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for planning and buying media for our clients, driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead negotiations with publishers to secure optimal media plans
- Finalize media plans that meet client objectives and deliver against business goals
- Review publisher brief responses and negotiate to reach the best solution
- Deliver reports that offer valuable insights and add business value to clients
- Manage team workflow and tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Establish relationships with media owners, tech vendors, and data providers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to inform investment decisions
- Strong organizational skills and good knowledge of digital media
- Ability to plan and buy media effectively
- Experience in e-commerce, performance, or retailer media preferred
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to construct persuasive content
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify business revenue opportunities
