About the Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker is responsible for delivering high-quality implementation planning and buying services, spanning both offline and digital media types. We use data, technology, and automation to ensure client campaigns are executed and amplified effectively, efficiently, and in a future-facing way.

What Success Looks Like

  • In 3 months: established collaborative relationships with stakeholders, strong understanding of agency and group proposition, and immersed in the team
  • In 6 months: demonstrated ability to deliver on all aspects of the role, owning Marketplace processes for specific clients/campaigns, and strengthened stakeholder relationships
  • In 12 months: taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, building strong relationships with publishers, and representing Wavemaker appropriately
