Speech Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the team, you will work with individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.

The role offers a caseload that includes your experience and interests, ensuring no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services across various areas, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC.

  • You will work with children in early years (0-5) on clinic/home-based early intervention and parent coaching, covering speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness.
  • With school-aged children (5-18), you will assess and implement literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC solutions.
  • For adults, you will focus on functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
  • You will also provide neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population across all age groups.
