Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Communications Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering therapeutic services to individuals with communication disorders.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will work closely with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech pathology services efficiently to manage an allocated caseload.
  • Provide services to participants in various settings, including schools, homes, and the community.
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to create personalized goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience working with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
  • Relevant insurances, including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • An active Australian Business Number (ABN).
