About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants in a dynamic environment. This position offers a unique chance for an experienced therapist to make a lasting impact and contribute to delivering exceptional care.

As a senior therapist, you will bring clinical expertise, maturity, and strong time management skills. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.

The role is diverse and varied, with opportunities to work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, or in our clinic space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants.
  • Mentor and supervise other Occupational Therapists and support staff.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and evaluate care plans.
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
