The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your exceptional hospitality skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Boardroom Service Professional, you will be responsible for attending to the daily demands of high-volume coffee orders and providing exceptional food and beverage service to corporate clients on the entertainment floors, including internal meeting rooms.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia and the ability to commit to the role for more than three months.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or Boardroom Waiter in Sydney, specifically in boardroom service and corporate waiter roles within a corporate pantry in Australia, is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in a similar environment will also be considered.
  • Experience in coffee machine maintenance and grind adjusting.
  • Ability to create latte art.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic and experienced team.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A track record of being reliable, punctual, and dedicated.
  • A strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
  • An outgoing personality.
  • The flexibility to work morning and evening shifts across a 5-day week.
