The Opportunity:

This renowned National Law Firm is seeking a professional and friendly individual to join their Sydney team as a Corporate Boardroom Assistant. The firm is situated in the Sydney CBD and offers a range of benefits and perks to its employees. The company prides itself on its inclusive environment and positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

This full-time permanent role is based in the firm's conveniently located Sydney CBD office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing meeting rooms and tidying up post-meetings
  • Preparing coffees and beverages for clients in an efficient manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of food and beverages for clients
  • Dealing with postage deliveries, restocking of stationery and fridges where needed, and back-of-house tasks
  • Kitchen hand duties as required
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working in a waiting position, preferably in a corporate or professional setting (also open to hospitality background)
  • Fantastic customer service capabilities
  • Flexible working hours for ad-hoc evening events
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Barista experience would be fantastic, but training is provided
