Hotel Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the hotel's operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Optimise business turnover and delivery of business operating profit
  • Design, execute and drive business development and growth
  • Establish a high-performance team aligned to our core values
  • Manage daily hotel operations in line with our Veri-Best Framework
  • Optimise guest satisfaction and management
  • Drive business compliance and critical incident management
  • Facility and asset management
  • Management administration and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Approved Australian working rights
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Willingness to obtain a Liquor Licence
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team with kindness in order to achieve outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve problems complaints
  • High standards of attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience managing people in a customer service environment
  • Passion for personal growth
