Key Pharmacy Leadership Role

Ramsay Health Care is a leading provider of community and hospital pharmacy services, seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations, inspire our on-site team and provide top-tier pharmacy services.

  • Lead the development and implementation of pharmacy strategies, professional services and medication supply.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software.
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
