Job Title: Senior Clinical Pharmacist for Antimicrobial Stewardship

About the Role:
Lismore Base Hospital seeks a highly skilled Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead the development and maintenance of our Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Program. The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical pharmacy practice, antimicrobial stewardship, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize antibiotic use across the network
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Provide educational programs and support to healthcare staff on antimicrobial use
• Analyze data to inform AMS program decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in pharmacy or related field
• Strong background in clinical pharmacy practice and antimicrobial stewardship
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
