What You'll Do

Lead our dynamic team at Ramsay Pharmacy Coffs Discount Chemist We are seeking a passionate Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations, inspire our on-site team and provide top tier pharmacy services to our valued customers. This is a full-time or part-time role that offers the perfect blend of career growth and lifestyle in a great community. Elevate your career with Ramsay Pharmacy – where leadership meets impact

  • Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
  • High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential
Mandatory Requirements
  • Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
  • A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
