About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about promoting Victorian Aboriginal culture and heritage. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, providing information and assistance to visitors, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with venue hire requirements, including setup and maintenance of exhibition spaces.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer experience initiatives that enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Victorian Aboriginal culture and heritage, and the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Physical ability to assist with venue hire requirements and other tasks as needed.
  • Experience using computer packages, including databases and software applications.
