About the Role

The Assistant Retail Manager role involves leading our retail operations team to ensure exceptional customer service.

A typical day includes:

  • Overseeing the sales floor in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Providing leadership and supervision to a team of up to 12 members

  • Welcome and training new team members, supporting them to succeed and grow

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Availability for full-time hours from Monday to Sunday on a flexible rotating roster
  • Experience in a customer-focused industry such as retail, hospitality or production
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, empowering your team
  • Impact driven, making an impact on your team and community
  • Customer focused, providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
