  • Build trust and rapport with landlords and tenants, converting warm leads into new managements and delivering exceptional customer service.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance, ensuring maximum returns on investment without compromising quality or efficiency.">
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to inform decision-making and drive business growth.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, address challenges, and enhance the overall performance of the portfolio.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential real estate principles and practices.">
  • Hold a valid QLD Real Estate License and adhere to industry standards and regulations.">

  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work occasional Saturdays when required.">
  • Possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and solid written and verbal communication skills.">

  • Hold a valid driver's license and possess a clean driving record.">
