Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud Data Security Specialist. This role will involve working closely with customers in the Asia-Pacific Japan (APJ) region to provide technical guidance and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Success Architect: Lead the technical journey for our customers, defining the path to production rollout, ensuring seamless adoption, and maximizing the value they derive from our platform.
  • Trusted Technical Advisor: Provide unparalleled insight, technical domain expertise, and solution design, becoming the go-to expert for customers navigating complex data governance challenges.
  • Solution Innovator: Identify and implement novel solutions within customer governance and data provisioning frameworks, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our platform.
  • Influencer: Serve as a critical feedback loop, translating customer insights and experiences directly back to our Product team to inform and shape future product development.
  • Ecosystem Enabler: Collaborate closely with System Integrators (SIs) and other vendors, fostering strong partnerships that extend our reach and ensure comprehensive solution delivery.

Responsibilities include working with account teams to define and execute comprehensive customer account strategies, acting as a liaison between sales and product teams, and providing hands-on implementation support for our solutions.
