Requirements for the Role:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current First Aid certification, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Familiarity with KindyHub (advantageous)
  • Strong experience in written documentation and planning related to children's learning and development
  • Exceptional communication
  • Solution-focused-positive can-do attitude
  • Available 5 days a week

Position Objectives:

  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of a holistic education program for children from birth to six years old.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and early childhood professionals to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.
  • Support children's learning and development.
  • Assist the Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and team in executing the kindergarten program and developing learning opportunities for 3-year-olds.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Support children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check
