Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a full-time role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week. You will be working as part of a phenomenal team of exceptional, qualified Early Childhood professionals who are committed to supporting and encouraging each other to excel and further develop their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning and development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
