We are seeking a caring and patient individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker and Personal Care Assistant in the Southwest Brisbane and Logan areas.

About the Role:
  • Provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in their homes or community settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Meet the physical and emotional demands of the role, including manual handling and hoist experience.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card.
  • Blue Card preferred.
  • Certificate 3 in Disability Support or equivalent.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and Booster as per QLD Health Regulations.
  • Flu Vaccination.
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert., etc.).
What We Offer:
  • 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000.
  • Competitive hourly rates for weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
