
Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team, who will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless experience for customers navigating challenging life events.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting policy terms, analysing medical and financial documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate claim payments. You will work closely with rehabilitation specialists, actuaries, and other stakeholders to achieve sustainable outcomes for our customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent time management skills, a strong customer focus, and a background in complex case management. Ideally, you'll have an Allied Health qualification or experience in Workcover or legal settings.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of claims, providing professional and empathetic support to customers
- Interpret policy terms and analyse medical and financial documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate claim payments
- Work collaboratively with rehabilitation specialists, actuaries, and other stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in case management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Permanent full-time contract
