Graduate Risk Specialist

We are seeking a recent or soon to be Graduate to fill this exciting role in Canberra. In this position you will deliver insightful analysis that enhances business performance and ensures compliance.

Job Overview

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Create actionable recommendations that help clients improve systems, processes, and culture
  • SUPPORT the design and delivery of assurance and internal audit engagements across various public sector projects
  • Evaluate governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to gain a deeper understanding of how organisations operate
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for change
  • Contribute to proposals and business development initiatives, shaping our service delivery approach
  • Gain valuable experience through the full engagement lifecycle – from scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting through to presenting findings and recommendations

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
