Client Relationship Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Business Development Liaison Officer to play a vital role in managing client services and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of internal and external client services to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality service provision.
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships and ensuring ongoing compliance with service level agreements and associated key performance measures.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion of service delivery to external clients, including facilitation and negotiation of lease agreements and arrangements for testing services across our expanding catchment.
- In collaboration with the Client Services Manager, assisting in the preparation, management and renewal of Service Level Agreements and leases as required.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a liaison or commercial role, preferably within the pathology, scientific or healthcare/medical industry.
