Roster Operations Coordinator

The primary goal of this position is to develop and maintain effective rostering systems, ensuring participant needs are met and worker capacity is optimized.
This involves building strong relationships with participants, families, and staff to deliver timely, consistent, and person-centered care.
- Develop efficient scheduling processes to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily and monthly workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and agreements.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and assist with data collection.
- Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role (min. 1 year).
- Experience with rostering systems such as CareMaster or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and IT skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Driver's Licence is essential.
