We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to fill the role of Health Strategist.

The Job:
  • Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives
  • Promote wellness events within a remote village environment
  • Maintain sporting, leisure and recreational facilities on site

You will conduct health assessments and inductions for residents, provide educational seminars for residents and staff, and ensure communication processes are followed.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrate a proactive and organised approach to work independently
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Display a passion for physical and mental well-being
  • Show high levels of customer service and engagement

A Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation is required, along with minimum six (6) months experience working in a fitness facility or similar position. An Australian manual driver's licence is also necessary.
