As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of projects on or under time, ensuring a safe site is maintained, and delivering high-quality products to clients. You will work on minor civil infrastructure works and urban development projects in the Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange plant, labour, and material resources for project sites
  • Direct and monitor sub-contractors, suppliers, and plant hirers
  • Control survey requirements and daily monitoring of activity costs
  • Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Report non-conformances and assist recommendations for remedial work
  • Maintain daily records of site activities
  • Ensure client quality expectations are met or exceeded

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Current driver's licence
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in minor civil infrastructure works and/or urban development projects
  • Thorough knowledge of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality construction projects within budget and program constraints
  • Understanding of OHS and environmental requirements

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a rewarding long-term career, opportunities to develop and grow, a culture that values your contribution, and unique benefits such as specialised learning and development programs, good health and wellbeing initiatives, paid parental leave, flexible work arrangements, novated leasing, and discounts with retailers.
