About the Role

As a prominent family-owned residential builder, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and the highest quality homes in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and trades simultaneously, ensuring compliance with all building regulations and procedures, and taking pride in delivering beautifully finished homes.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience as a residential Site Supervisor, a current QBCC Site Supervisor license, strong time management and project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations, and QA systems, and experience in developing and managing relationships with trades and external networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of site performance for multiple projects, ensuring high standards from trades and cost-effectiveness
  • Maximization of site production through effective scheduling and management of various subcontractors
  • Closely monitored build timelines to meet HIA contractual obligations
