
Administrative Leadership Specialist

This is an opportunity to work in a leadership position where you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall administration department.
You will support the General Manager, team members, and residents' families with the day-to-day running of the aged care home.
The successful candidate will be able to think critically, manage multiple tasks, and ensure the effective operation of the home.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strong administrative leadership to the department
- Support the General Manager and team members
- Manage day-to-day operations of the aged care home
- Ensure effective communication with residents and their families
- Recent experience in an Administration role, preferably in aged care or healthcare
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel knowledge
- Experience with rostering management and hiring processes
- A caring and kind manner when interacting with residents and their families
Please note: Successful candidates will require a National Police Check and/or an NDIS check.
