Job Opportunity:

This is a unique chance to lead the delivery, commissioning and testing of a fully automated Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire automation project scope, transitioning it from development to operational excellence.
  • Act as Superintendent for the Automation contract, effectively managing the automation scope, contract, and commissioning processes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure cost and time-efficient project delivery.
  • Support Business Project Managers with governance, presentations, and reporting.
  • Conduct formal system tests for customer acceptance.
Requirements:
  • Warehouse Automation Expertise: Proven experience in delivering, commissioning, and testing complex automated systems.
  • Direct contract management experience with major automation suppliers.
  • Project management experience leading complex infrastructure or construction changes into an operating business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to focus on detail while maintaining a strategic big-picture understanding.
