Job Title: Senior Automation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned automation expert to lead our team in developing and executing test strategies and plans.

  • You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, etc.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge in areas such as API automation testing, BDD/TDD, scripting/development experience, code coverage tools, and project management tools.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IT.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology.

This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage and build relationships with the team, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Strong communication skills and good stakeholder management are essential.

As a leader in automation testing, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

  • Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Experience in code version controlling tools like GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
