Expert Clinical Educator

The Western NSW Local Health District seeks a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to provide high-quality education, training and evaluation of knowledge and skills to promote improved nursing care.
This permanent part-time opportunity will enable the successful candidate to work with nurses across a broad range of proficiencies, facilitating learning through various approaches.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate advanced clinical nursing skills, sound understanding of learning and assessment principles, and experience in education, training and evaluation of knowledge and skills.
Key responsibilities include providing clinical education, training and evaluation of knowledge and skills, facilitating learning through various approaches, monitoring and evaluating educational programs, and participating in the development and review of procedures and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have:
