Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make bookings and assist guests with their stay.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements

  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but on-the-job training is provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
