About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers by resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer experience.
  • You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • This is a mid-level role, ideal for individuals who have experience in IT and/or contact centre environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer experience through positive engagement, effective communication, and timely responses.
  • Update interactions in ServiceNow to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience within an IT/Engineering field.
  • Experience in IT and/or contact centre environments, preferably with exposure to Call Recording Solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
