The primary objective of the HMU Artist is to collaborate with our in-house teams on shoots involving fashion, e-commerce, product, lifestyle, and editorial campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing hair and makeup looks aligned with client briefs and creative direction.
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene and safety standards throughout all projects.
  • Conducting touch-ups and adjustments during shoots to ensure talent maintains a polished appearance.
  • Collaborating with clients, stylists, photographers, and producers to achieve visual consistency.
  • Organizing and maintaining all hair and makeup equipment and products.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a hair and makeup artist.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles across different skin tones and hair types.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional makeup certification or relevant qualification is preferred.
  • Experience working with commercial brands or advertising agencies is highly desirable.
  • A friendly, collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills is essential.
