Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Beauty Artist to join our team. As a Beauty Artist, you will provide exceptional customer service and create a unique shopping experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities- Create a welcoming and inviting store environment that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about our products.
- Provide personalized services such as makeup applications and demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service and making product recommendations.
- Contribute to achieving store financial goals through effective sales strategies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working effectively with other team members.
- Participate in visual displays, merchandising, and marketing initiatives to ensure the store is consistently replenished.
- Assist with non-sell tasks as assigned by Management, including preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory.
- Ensure accurate ringing of sales and proper use of POS systems.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and emergency procedures.
- Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in sales.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask, build relationships, and adapt to change.
